Carl, who has over 20 years experience in the finance industry has set up Austral Lending Solution to be accredited with 100% of lenders to allow complete flexibility in the solutions that can be offered to clients.

Helen Weston

Director

Helen employs and manages the people at Austral Lending Solutions and prides herself on employing well qualified people who are ideally suited to the Austral Lending Solutions culture. As a result they are lucky to have long serving members of staff and a very low staff turnover.

Helen holds the Cert IV in Financial Services, Cert IV in Small Business Management and also manages the bookkeeping for the business.

Together Carl and Helen own Austral Lending Solutions.

Natalie Holzberger

Loan Administrator

Natalie has worked in the finance industry for 27 years, first in banking and then in the broker world for the last 12 years. “I really enjoy my job and find it very satisfying when customers achieve their goal of saving for their home especially when I have had a helping hand in that” says Natalie.

She is accredited with MFAA and has completed her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. She has lived in Gladstone on and off most of her life and thinks it is a great place to bring up children. She has been married to Tony for over 20 years and they have two daughters.

Amanda Neill

Loan Administrator

I have been with Austral Lending now for over 3 years and enjoy being the backbone of the customer lending support team.

Previously I have worked in various customer service roles in industry, that have provided me with the ability and experience to support the loan brokers and clients.

Being a Qualified Justice of the Peace, enables me too often witness and certify a lot of documents, which is needed in this role.

On her days off I enjoy gardening, family activities and planning the next spot to go camping.

For the last almost 13 years, I have worked at ANZ as a Commercial Banker. From July 2018 I am embarking on a new adventure leveraging my skills & expertise that I gained as a Commercial Banker in my new role as Business & Equipment Finance Broker at Austral Lending Solutions.
