I have just read an article by one of the family members of Kennard’s equipment hire and he said this
“Why reinvent the wheel when you can learn from people who have done it?”
That is spot on and more to the point we use a coach in our sporting life and ALL great sports stars use a coach.
So I use a coach for my business and think it is great. We use Mark Sutherland from Peak Perfomance Insight and he brings a wealth of sporting knowledge, motivation and practice to the business world.
Personally I think this is the future of mortgage brokers where we will provide coaching of people and how to reduce their debts, manage budgets, structure banking and lending as well as buy more property.
